On 10 May 2024, NORDGAIN Director Agne Jasinskaite participated in the American Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania’s successful Women’s Leadership Summit 2024: Breaking Barriers, Building Futures.

The event featured former NASA astronaut Heidemarie Martha Stefanyshyn-Piper, whose insights provided a better understanding of leadership challenges and opportunities.

The panel discussion brought together successful women leaders from a variety of fields who shared their career paths and the challenges they have faced in reaching career heights. It was a time of inspiration and learning, allowing everyone to gain insight into the speakers’ experiences and wisdom that they shared with the audience. These conversations not only stimulated reflection, but also encouraged them to aim high and overcome obstacles in their professional lives.
