Ugnė Gruodienė is joining the integrated business services group NOEWE as an Executive Partner, where she will be responsible for the further development and expansion of the organization.

Ugnė Gruodienė has extensive experience as an attorney at law and is highly regarded for her exceptional leadership across various businesses in Lithuania and Scandinavia, as well as for leading major corporate merger projects.

“Ugnė brings a wealth of experience in managing complex processes and teams, which will be essential in leading a diverse organization like NOEWE. The group provides legal, financial, accounting, corporate management and administration services, as well as wealth management consulting. For the leader of such an organization, it is not so much about mastering specific areas, but about leadership and motivating NOEWE’s team of professionals to achieve ambitious goals,” noted R. Kavaliauskienė. “NOEWE is a dynamic, constantly evolving organization with a great deal of internal strength that needs to be harnessed and directed in the right way. I am confident that Ugnė is the perfect person for this role.”

The group’s co-founder, Rita Kavaliauskienė, will continue her work within the group as Director of Wealth Management Services, while she and her husband, Vilius Kavaliauskas—an investor, art patron, and collector—will now focus primarily on implementing business projects abroad.

“NOEWE is a unique organization in the market, both in terms of its operational model and its ongoing development. It brings together highly skilled professionals and offers opportunities for expansion both in Lithuania and beyond. I am impressed by NOEWE’s strong focus on client needs, its comprehensive services that demand the highest level of professionalism, and the team’s constant pursuit of innovative solutions,” said Ugnė Gruodienė.

The NOEWE group, which includes the company Noewe, the law firm Noewe Legal, the finance and accounting company Nordgain, the consulting firm Strategy Labs, and its branches in Cyprus and Latvia, reported consolidated revenues of €7.5 million for the first eight months of this year, with EBITDA profits reaching €1 million.
