The Bank of Lithuania, which is taking over the supervision of the crypto sector, also emphasizes the importance of a business plan when communicating about the mistakes of traditional license applicants.
But (!!!) not all players in the crypto sector take active preparatory steps. A poorly prepared business plan poses the risk of losing the opportunity to obtain a legal basis for the planned activity.
