Recently, we have heard of cases where real estate sellers terminate preliminary real estate sale-purchase agreements concluded with buyers.
The Court of Appeal of Lithuania has recently finished examining the dispute in the opposite situation: the buyer terminated such agreement and demanded compensation from the seller.
