ELSA Vilnius students and guests from Warsaw visit Noewe’s office
We had an amazing visit from ELSA students from the Poland, Warsaw at the Noewe office!
The students were a joy to host – polite, intellectual, and filled with positive energy. They loved our office ambiance, especially our stunning interior design and artworks. Some even expressed interest in joining Noewe, particularly in the fascinating field of Art Law.
Our discussions centered around the motivations behind choosing a legal career, the personal qualities valued in the profession, and the essential competencies required. We proudly showcased Noewe as a prime example of a modern approach that attracts diverse talents, highlighting our commitment to innovation and inclusivity.
The engagement from the students was fantastic! They praised our workspace and expressed keen interest in potential collaborations.
The students asked thought-provoking questions about career paths, specialization, and maintaining high work standards. We emphasized the importance of exploring different sectors and pursuing one’s passions.
Special thanks to Giedrė from Noewe Foundation for leading the insightful tour, showcasing our impressive office space and artworks. We also extend our gratitude to Andrius, Smiltė, Eitvydė, Robertas, Rūta and Roberta for their engaging discussions and presentations.
It was an engaging and enriching experience, exploring career paths and the intersection of law and business. We remain open to collaborations and eager to mentor young talents.
Thank you all for your participation and contributions!
