Jaroslav Pavlovski

Jaroslav is a lawyer in the energy, real estate and construction group. He advises clients on various energy and construction investment projects. Provides legal services in such real estate areas as: acquisition and transfer of real estate, construction, design, construction management, leasing, financing, environmental protection, certification of construction companies, land use.

Jaroslav represents clients in complex investment projects, where various energy and construction investments are executed in accordance with the international standards for consulting engineering and construction, based on FIDIC contract templates.

Jaroslav is fluent in English, German, Russian and Polish languages. A large part of its clients are foreign companies implementing high value investment projects or expanding their activities in the Lithuanian market. Actively participates in the activities of the Polish – Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce (PLCC) and is responsible for providing legal services in German (German Desk) and Polish (Polish Desk) languages.
