Kamilia Edita Fominova

Kamilia is a student at Vilnius University, Faculty of Law, specializing in Business and Civil Law, who will graduate with a Master of Laws degree in 2025. Kamilia is developing her knowledge in the areas of consumer protection, compliance of energy companies and advising international markets in Lithuania.

Additionally, Kamilia has previously gained experience in civil litigation practice. Her practice areas include drafting contracts, advising on compliance disputes regarding the quality of goods and services, drafting procedural documents in consumer law, energy and contractual disputes, and advising on other legal issues. During her studies, Kamilia expanded her interests to the evolving field of artificial intelligence and its regulation, particularly in the field of intellectual property law.
