Kęstutis Pusčius advises clients on corporate law matters including M&A and insolvency. He constantly represents local and foreign clients in a various cases concerning employment issues, including ongoing daily business advice, review of the employment structures of the companies, representation in the employment disputes.
Kęstutis is also experienced in representing clients from the banking and finance, construction, retail and R&D sectors amongst others in litigation and arbitration proceedings, and in providing business advisory services.
