Kristina Jungevičienė

For more than ten years Kristina Jungevičienė has been specialising and gaining experience in the field of business-oriented legal services, especially in the areas of commercial law, corporate law and compliance with legal requirements of various business entities.  

While working in law firms and notary offices, Kristina gained extensive experience in advising Lithuanian and foreign business clients on various issues related to the establishment, restructuring, reorganisation, cross-border mergers, capital formation and other business solutions of various legal forms of entities. 

Since joining Noewe, Kristina has broadened her experience by working on projects and advising corporate clients in the areas of financial technology, cryptocurrency projects, licensing of financial market participants, regulatory compliance, corporate and commercial law and alternative financing/investment services. 

Kristina’s extensive practical knowledge of and her experience in the field of corporate, commercial and financial market participants’ law enable her to comprehensively assess the needs of the clients and to offer solutions that meet their diverse expectations.
