Identification Code of a Legally Working Person

From 1 April, 2022 all persons performing construction work at the construction site must have an identification code of a legally working person (Legally working code).
It is recommended:
- for builders and contractors to include provisions in the contract that determine who must take responsibility for the identification of persons present at the construction site;
- to authorize the contractor to check and ensure that only those with a Legally working code enter and work at the construction site.
The builder, who won’t transfer the authorizations to the contractor regarding the identification of persons at the construction site, will be responsible for this himself.
