Marius Devyžis – Member of the Court of Honour

On 11 May, Marius Devyžis, NOEWE Partner and the Head of Dispute Resolution, was elected a member of the Court of Honour for a three-year term at the AGM of the Lithuanian Chamber of Insolvency Administrators. Congratulations!!!

The Chamber of Insolvency administrators collects, systematizes and provides information on practices of insolvency administrators of Lithuania, represents and defends their interests, supervises their qualifications and organizes qualification exams, implements self-governance of the community of insolvency administrators, prepares and submits proposals to government regarding legislation of insolvency proceedings, supervises compliance of insolvency administrators to the Code of Ethics.
