Noewe Assists Pro Kapital Purchasing VIA Auction Historic Building in Vilnius Centre for €6.25M

NOEWE represented a long-time client “Pro Kapital Vilnius Real Estate” (the Estonian capital company) in the purchase of a historic building in the center of Vilnius. AS Pro Kapital Grupp subsidiary company in Lithuania purchased via auction the Vilnius College building (3,400 sq. m.). The acquisition deal valued at €6.25 million.

After reconstruction, the building will blend in with the Šaltinių Namai | Attico quarter, high-class residential buildings with a worth more than 44 million euros, being developed by Pro Kapital.
