Noewe Legal ESG team @AGIA webinar “Implementing Sustainability Requirements: How and Where to Start?”
Representatives of the Noewe Group, Inga Karaliūnaitė, Sustainability and Environmental Project Manager, and Agnė Putrimienė, Sustainability and Environmental Consultant, conducted an extraordinarily detailed and informative webinar for #AGIA association members last week:
“Implementing Sustainability Requirements: How and Where to Start?”
During the training, they covered highly relevant topics, including:
- What is the Sustainability Directive (CSRD) and what are the main requirements?
- What information is included in the sustainability report?
- Who are the stakeholders and what are their expectations?
- Which part of the supply chain are you in?
- How to achieve CO2 reduction goals?
- How to contribute to the circular economy?
The training topics were relevant to employees in various company roles responsible for implementing sustainability, investments, financial management, supply chain, customer service, legal compliance, communication, and company image.
#AGIA (Association of Automobile Manufacturers and Importers) is a licensed, voluntary, non-profit organization operating since 2016, uniting manufacturers and importers of end-of-life vehicles, oils, and taxable products (including batteries and accumulators).
#AGIA ensures that its members fulfill the environmental obligations set by the Lithuanian government, organizes transparent waste management, consults members on waste management and accounting issues, and represents their interests in government institutions. It also raises public environmental awareness.
