Noewe represented the company “ER.IN” (owned to the group of real estate companies “Eriadas”) regarding the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the real estate development company “Minera” (owned by Šiaulių bankas).
The transaction price is not publicly disclosed.
Scope of the project: legal verification, negotiations on the transaction documents and assistance in the execution of the transaction.
