NOEWE Management Consulting team has successfully delivered a complex international project for a client aiming to secure a MiCA-level crypto license in Malta.

The client was seeking to expand its cryptocurrency trading operation across the EU and obtain MiCA level license, which could be easily upgraded once the MiCA licensing is fully in force across the EU. 

Our team helped to develop:

• comprehensive and tailor made business plan,
• financial model with different scenario forecasting,
• P&L and balance sheet projections,
• capital adequacy calculations for the upcoming 3 years.

The successful coordination of multiple parties involved (local and international legal advisors, client management) led to a successful project outcome and quality results under very tight time constraints.
