The Noewe Team Successfully implemented a Data Management Consulting Project of the State Tax Inspectorate Under the Ministry of Finance of the Respublic of Lithuania

NOEWE's management consulting team successfully implemented a data management consulting project of the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania. 

In the scope of which we prepared the institution's data management standard, defining the essential goals, roles, responsibilities in the organization, as well as the relevant performance monitoring indicators for a five-year period.
 
Our services included:
we performed an analysis of the existing data management processes,
we assessed the maturity of data management in the organization (according to the CMMI DMM model), we presented recommendations for increasing the maturity of data management, which include organizational changes (establishment of a data management department, division of responsibilities between operations and the newly established department) and information resources (implementation of solutions focused on data centricity).
