Capital Markets, Financial Markets, and M&A | 15th Conference

On February 11, 2025, an international conference “Capital Markets, Financial Markets, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)” took place in Vilnius.

The event brought together experts from the financial sector, investors, lawyers, and business leaders from the Baltic States and beyond to discuss the latest market trends, investment opportunities, and economic challenges.

The conference was organized by the Estonian Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania in collaboration with the Norwegian-Lithuanian and Polish-Lithuanian Chambers of Commerce, as well as the law firm Noewe Legal. It was one of the most significant financial sector discussion platforms in the Baltic region this year.

This year’s event topics and discussions included:

• The future of capital markets
• Efficiency of M&A processes

Discussion were moderated by Robert Juodka, Managing Partner at Noewe Legal, Chairman of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania.
