Key responsibilities

• Working hand-in-hand with Finance & Banking team by delivering solutions in various financial market related topics
• Obtaining licenses for international clients, contributing to structuring capital raising projects, overseeing regulatory compliance of financial market participants
• Representing the company in relations with clients, advising them on development of financial services, risk management, compliance issues
• Representation of clients’ interests in negotiations, regulatory authorities, courts and other state institutions
• Ensuring business development by attracting new clients and securing long-term cooperation

We are looking for someone with

• Master’s Degree in Law
• At least 5 years of legal work experience
• Strong sense to commitment and attention to details
• Project management skills and experience working in a team
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages
• Proactive approach, organizational skills, excellent analytical skills and accuracy

Will be considered as an advantage:

• Work experience at a law firm, Big 4 company or inhouse at financial services related company
• Work experience related to finance & banking field
• Passion about dynamical financial markets regulation, MiCA regulations, eagerness to know how investment funds, FinTech, Crypto and capital markets work
