• Have a minimum of 3-4 years work experience in a deal-driven environment with constant exposure to decision makers (e.g. consulting, PE, investment banking or audit)
• Are self-motivated, have outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to influence
• Proven leadership record and career progression to date
• Want to work with TOP managers and shareholders
• Want to help our clients develop and implement strategies, solve operational issues and drive organizational change
• Are fluent in English and Lithuanian languages

Ideally you have

• 1-2 years of team management experience
• MBA degree
