Key responsibilities

Ensuring mid-sized or large companies’ accounting cycle runs smoothly, payroll calculation, monthly / yearly declarations
Preparing management reports and financial statements
Liaison with auditors
To build and maintain customer relationship to understand customer needs
To seek for personal development, share professional experience with younger colleagues and promote positive feedback culture

We are looking for someone with

3-5 years of work experience in accounting & finance field
Knowledge of full Lithuanian accounting cycle from primary documents‘ booking to full financial year closing
Excellent command of MS Excel and various accounting programs knowledge

Ideally you have

Excellent command of English language, written or spoken
Experience in project management and teamwork
Proactive approach: willingness to grow as professional, promote positive feedback culture and be engaged with your team
